Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

- Free Shipping – For orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

Ensure all items are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Including all original documentation
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely and ship to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Orders: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the luxury quality and hygiene standards our customers expect, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bath Items: For hygiene reasons, bath products including bath mats and bath towels cannot be returned once packaging is opened
- Personalized Items: Custom or monogrammed products
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale merchandise
- Damaged Items: Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note:
- Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Exchange requests must be made within the 15-day return window
